Obtaining RMA number
Please consult our Customer Support (CS) first about F/W or configuration issues before asking a RMA number as CS might be able to solve the problems and it is not necessary to return the products for repairing.
Please must fill out the RMA Request Form in details like the product / company information and describe the defective reason on the " Problem Description ", unclear note such as " does not work " and " failure " are not sufficient. Then send the filled form to your regional sales contact, who will issue a RMA number.
Returning the RMA goods to SUNIX
Please mark the RMA number on the shipping box and also enclosed the RMA Request Form / Invoice / Packing list with the RMA goods returning to below address.

Customers should bear the forwarding freight charges and SUNIX will pay for the return way, if you require any special arrangements, please indicate on the RMA Request Form and you might be responsible for any additional charges.
Repair Turnaround Time
One shipment of less than 30 items will take approximately 14-18 working days to repair(from SUNIX receiving date ~ SUNIX shipping date, excluded repair payment / freight time),The repair process duration is subject to problem severity and components availability.
RMA Goods Send Back To Customers
SUNIX will return each unit with the problem description & repair contents.
Before we start out-of-warranty repairs, SUNIX will send you a "Repair Quotation" with estimating the repair contents, SUNIX will repair it after receiving the signature of Repair Quotation and payment.
